Jewish Group

(175 posts)Last night I self-deleted almost all of my posts and sent Earl an email to delete my account. This morning I sent Earl an email that I changed my mind. I wanted a chance to discuss a potential path forward. On other platforms. I have simply blocked people that I had unproductive conversations, but it either causes you to lose context or the entirety of comments of people you do respect. Worse is when you post something critical about "your" side, you know all of these creeps are jumping up and down saying I told you so or how terrible your side is, even if you cannot see it.
What I'd like is a place where I can have reasonable discussions about Israel. Particularly among people that are jewish or love Israel, warts and all. Is the Jewish Group a place to do that? Can I post everything about Israel that I would normally in Israel/Palestine here and we can have a more civilized discussion about it? Or do you think that would overwhelm the group and divert it from its intended purpose?
If that is OK, I'll delete the last of my posts and move them here. There are only a handful.
