5. I really would like to understand why some of Hillary supporters think that she is likely to

push for Singe Payer eg, when she has stated clearly that it will never happen. I myself was once blind to many things wrt to Democrats and remember being thoroughly shocked when I finally had to acknowledge that I was grossly misinformed.

It WAS a shock, it's not pleasant to learn that the party you trusted and defended fiercely for so long, is not what you thought it was.

But once I did learn, the transition from 'blind loyal supporter' to 'I will never again assume that 'my team' is all good and the other is all bad.

It was so freeing in the end because I realized how difficult a job it was to try to defend some of the things that could not be denied, like Glass Steagal eg. Or the Wellfare Reform Bill. I TRIED to believe that it 'wasn't their fault' but in the end the facts were impossible to deny
