19. Sounds like a good judge! Widespread sloppiness,

late poll openings, and various irregularities like these allegations are blowing up in their electoral system's face. With a judge committed to making sure all citizens who are entitled to vote do vote, these complaints will be investigated and eligibility determined.

Any who had genuinely registered as Democrat and Republican long ago now, would of course now be Democrats and Republicans blocked from voting in their party's primary, not independents wanting to vote in parties they didn't belong to. So I imagine both parties are also more than a little unhappy.
