it's really about the fact that she had that server, without govt knowledge, and then wiped it. That just became espionage. I also heard that this case is already before a grand jury and the case is made. They are just crossing their T's and going through the Clinton Foundation information and seeing if there are links to other crimes there.

Joe DiGenova was on C-Span answering questions and really had a lot of insight.
