Almost all the states affect should go for Obama for a total of 108 EV (West Virginia is 5 EV and would be the only one I can think of that won't). If the Republicans played dirty court politics there is always a chance it could disqualify electors.

Note: I wasn't counting NC and VA as I don't know how bad the damage was there.
