1. There are many policies and causes that Clinton has backed much longer than "some" give her credit.

"Some" people might claim that positions like this are ones that she only adopted this year, because it's easier to dismiss her prior experience due to current ignorant prejudice than it is to acknowledge her years of hard work and be forced to offer her even a modicum of respect.
