Due to legal precedents it is not likely treason from what I understand.
Although it fits the constitutional definition this action did not occur with an enemy during a declared war. But I agree with you that Trump has committed a grievous crime.
I am bewildered with the response of democrats in general, the Obama administration and the Clinton campaign (though it would look foolish if it were only her campaign).
