To do it for all the machines in the county would take four months, said Dr. Shamos.
It would also have to be done undetected in a warehouse that is under surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

So, it would take one person four months to hack 4500 machines to switch the votes after the fact in just one county. By the time one person was done, it would be February, and that's if they're working 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 80% of PA counties use these machines, all in the most heavily populated areas.

To turn the election you would have to send thousands to hack thousands of machines.
