I had to tell a group of dear friends that I would not be attending along any group of women called " bitches" night out- or another event called "bingo bitch"-unless they wanted to go on a 'slutwalk' didn't object to the word c***, and joined a group like hollaback. I didn't shame them-- they know me, and my cussing expertise extraordinaire--they also know I'm not the word police. They get it. It's a philosophical difference about reclaiming words.
