In expectation of the usual objections from the usual objectors, I can only say that none of these measures would infringe on the right of qualified people to keep and bear arms. The whole of the Constitution fully allows society to place safeguards and safety restrictions on the manner in which the right to keep and bear arms (or any other enumerated right) is applied.
