>105 mg/dl is now considered a tipping point. In an earlier post you mentioned having recently gained some weight because of sad events. If you lose some with some moderate exercise like walking you are in a position of reversing this situation. My advice is to try to do this because full blown type II is not a fun life. One dietary suggestion is to stay away from sugary sodas and other refined carbohydrates. Some are necessary for life but we moderns consume way more than what our bodies evolved to handle.
