(62,325 posts)21. 'Building the Bench'. The party needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up so this sounds like a very
        good way to do it. The people need a say in who runs for office. And the best way to start finding and supporting candidates at the local level so they are known to the people and know what the people want when they are ready to go to Congress.
