unless the Feds did it first, so at least till 2025 unless the Fed surprises. Even if that would happen it'll probably not happen. IN used to be one of the biggest producers of hemp way back in the day. They can't even get that done. You can get CBD permit but that process is so convoluted it's hard to make a profit.
