You may attribute to her the best leadership potential, strongest knowledge of economics, most energetic presence, broadest intellectany number of appealing characteristics which could translate into her being a great president.
But the candidate with job-specific qualifications is Bidenin fact, the only candidate with proven, tested qualifications, knowledge, and experience in all phases of the job.
For one, Warren has little foreign policy and relations knowledge, which, objectively, given an American presidents crucial role in world affairs, though not disqualifying, means she is not yet
qualified for one of the most important functions a president will fulfill as she repairs our relations with allies, deals with threats hostile nations pose, and brokers peace throughout the globe. Here, trust and credibility is at issue. Is Warren honestly the best candidate to bring Iran back to the table
to re-negotiate the deal Obama led other world powers in securing?

Even some prominent conservatives concede that Biden would bring to the campaign a formidable depth of knowledge of global events, especially compared to his would-be Democratic rivals.
If you look at this field, Biden is a giant in terms of his actual foreign policy experience. They have nowhere near the hands-on experience that hes had, said Ken Weinstein, president of the conservative Hudson Institute. He spent decades talking to world leaders and in that sense, hes got far deeper contacts.

Hes been doing this for 30-plus years and even the best foreign policy hands end up being tutored by Joe Biden, said one former foreign policy adviser to Biden who declined to speak on the record until that persons former boss makes a decision about 2020. We have a lot of candidates and unfortunately very few of them have any real depth or experience working in foreign policy issues.

While several declared Democratic contenders have served on Senate committees with foreign policy or national security purviews Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) on the Senate Intelligence Committee and Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee none are associated with major foreign policy achievements, and their campaign pitches focus less on issues like North Korea and Syria than on health care or the economy. Another candidate, Pete Buttigieg, a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve, is a veteran of the Afghanistan war.
When Warren rolled out an economics-heavy foreign policy vision in a speech and long essay last year, some critics dismissed it as not as much about foreign policy as it is about reorienting domestic policy. (Italics mine)

To say you think Warren the most electable (according to your crystal ball), the candidate best positioned to move America forward, most temperamentally suited etc. would be reasonable supporter claims, which could have an objective basis in reality, but contending Warren is best
qualified next to a candidate who has been a heartbeat away from the presidency, and showed presidential qualifications in the VP role, is mere hyperbole.
Warren has ample gifts to make her a real contender. Her knowledge of economics is unquestionable. You dont need to guild the Lilly.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
