1. Would states be required to adjust their Medicaid qualification limits?

Some seniors just barely squeak in under the line of qualifying for Medicaid benefits. How many nursing home residents will be kicked out because they cannot afford to pay and because they now have "too much" income to continue to receive Medicaid?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
