Venezuelan immigrant Abrego Garcia just whooped Donald Trump's DOJ in court again. As the Guardian reported, "ICE cannot re-detain Kilmar Abrego Garcia, judge rules.

Abrego Garcia has beaten the Trump administration at every turn. Recall, Abrego Garcia was, in a very real sense, kidnapped by the Trump administration, stuffed onto a plane with other Venezuelan immigrants in violation of their constitutional due process rights, flown to El Salvador and put in a prison, though most of them had committed no crimes.

But Abrego Garcia didn't just lay out and take it, he fought, and he fought, and he fought, and he won at every tern. And now that he has largely won his immigration case, he and his lawyers are turning their attention to his criminal case in Tennessee.

Apparently upset that Abrego Garcia was fight against the Trump administration in his immigration case, they indicted him in a trumped-up criminal case in Tennessee.

In the coming days there will be a hearing in Abrego Garcia's criminal case in Tennessee, and the judge will decide if his case should be dismissed because the Trump administration is vindictively prosecuting him.
