He satisfactorily answered my question. I am going to have to go over the Duty letters again and then listen to this again.

Is it possible he has not read the Spoonamore Duty letter or is he simply saying that may change when all votes are in? And specifically, are all votes in the swing states in?

I can see that Brian put a good deal of thought into his questions and I appreciate that. He needed to pin Elias down on the anomalies, though, and he didn’t do that.
