2. I have no direct evidence to support my theory, but this is what may be going on.

Did you see the picture of him with the orange stain on his hand, from like yesterday? There is only one common item that I know that leaves that particular stain/color - Betadine, a disinfecting prep used before surgery and other invasive procedures. I think they are taking numerous blood samples to manage a kidney crisis. Such a crisis can happen suddenly, which is why the stats recently shown as "normal" may not now apply.

He is not golfing and is wearing long sleeves. I suspect he has a port in his arm for dialysis.

His swelling is not only in his "cankles" but also hands and face, as well, and he looks to have lost weight. Today the swelling in his face - especially under his eyes - seems reduced, indicating a reduction in excess fluid.

He is not smiling in any photos; he is very stressed and exhausted looking. Also, kidney trouble and a backup of toxins can affect the brain, along with stress.

It could by that during his days of absence he was getting dialysis there at the White House. The amount of trash bags tossed out the White House window (to maybe a prearranged person for disposal?) could have been disposable medical supplies. They would not want such supplies to go through regular disposal channels, as this could be discovered and leaked to the press.

My guess? Purely unprofessional? His heart is all right (physically speaking); I think the doctors gave him the bad news about his failing kidneys and the need for future dialysis and/or a transplant.

But - just a guess!!!
