but the idea of suborn comes to mind. To induce someone to commit crime. Is granting immunity a conspiratorial act? Is it suborning someone to commit crime?

If you find some dumb punk and tell him to knock over the local grocery store because you are granting him immunity on Saturday night for this act, aren't you putting him up to it?
