Democratic Party college liaisons

I was thinking about Charlie Kirk and his alleged $12 million net worth. The organization he heads to debate college students seems lucrative, if nothing else.

What if the Democrats did the same thing? Some of the young debaters/discussion leaders would be LBGTQIA+, some would be straight, different religions, different races, differently abled --- basically a good hefty mixture representative of our country's population. Seems to me that would appeal to college students. Or actually to anyone. My mom lived in a neighborhood like that, and it was fun and interesting.

I have no idea how Charlie Kirk made so much money, but if $12 million was his cut, the rest must have gone to bankroll the project/company/whatever it was.

Maybe this sounds stupid. I don't like posting things in case I sound like an idiot. The activist in my family is my daughter, who recently moved to France.

I'm mostly thinking that we have to do something. Not only protests and phone calls and talking to whomever we can about voting and issues.

We have to do something proactive and on a large scale. Something that will make things change. Something that will send the Repukes running for cover while they lose elections.

Is it a pipe dream?

I'm thinking more and more that it feels like the government isn't there any more. Everyone is either in Trump's pocket or is being shunned. We the people are being run over with a steamroller. This cannot happen!
