I don't see any mention of mines or rocket launchers.It basically says that if you have a CCW you should be able to carry your weapon into some places that were off limits before....

History
A.R.S. § 13-3102 provides that a person commits misconduct involving a weapon if the person knowingly:
· Carries a deadly weapon concealed on a person without a permit
· Carries a deadly weapon concealed within the immediate control of the person or within a means of transportation without a permit
· Manufactures, possesses, transports, sells or transfers a prohibited weapon
· Possessing a deadly weapon or prohibited weapon if the person is a prohibited possessor
· Sells or transfers a deadly weapon to a prohibited possessor
· Defaces a deadly weapon
· Possesses a defaced weapon knowing that the weapon has been defaced
· Uses or possesses a deadly weapon during the commission of any felony drug offense
· Discharges a firearm in an occupied structure to promote/further the interests of a street gang, criminal syndicate or racketeering enterprise
· Enters a public establishment or attends a public event carrying a deadly weapon after a reasonable request has been made by the operator of the establishment or the sponsor of the event/sponsor’s agent to remove the weapon and place it in the operator/sponsor’s custody
· Enters a polling place on election day with a weapon
· Possesses a deadly weapon on school grounds
· Enters a nuclear or hydroelectric generating station with a deadly weapon
· Supplying, selling or giving a firearm to another person if the person knows it will be used to commit a felony offense
· Uses, possesses or exercises control over a deadly weapon to further an act of terrorism
A.R.S. § 13-3101 defines a deadly weapon as anything designed for lethal use, including a firearm. This section also defines prohibited possessor as any person who has been found to constitute a danger to himself or others, convicted of a felony, serving a term of imprisonment, serving a term of probation or a person defined under federal law as a prohibited possessor.
Provisions
· Requires misconduct involving weapons offenses to be committed with malicious intent.
· Provides that the offense of carrying a deadly weapon without a permit does not apply to a situation where there is an absence of demonstrable malicious intent to do unjustifiable harm to another person.
· Provides that a person who enters a public establishment carrying a deadly weapon after a reasonable request has been made by the operator of the establishment to remove the weapon for temporary and secure storage on the premises is guilty of misconduct.
· States that misconduct involving:
Carrying a weapon without a permit
Manufacturing, possessing, transporting, selling or transferring a prohibited weapon
Possessing a defaced deadly weapon
Entering a public establishment carrying a deadly weapon after a request has been made by the operator of the establishment to remove the weapon
Entering an election polling place with a weapon
Possessing a deadly weapon on school grounds
Entering a nuclear or hydroelectric generating station carrying a deadly weapon
Does not apply if the person is a United States citizen carrying a deadly weapon for personal protection, the protection of others, the state or the sanctity of a dwelling unit, whether the person is a resident of the dwelling or not.
· Exempts a person carrying a weapon in a fanny pack from misconduct involving carrying a deadly weapon concealed if the fanny pack is visible.
· Exempts a weapon carried in the map pocket of a vehicle from misconduct involving carrying a weapon concealed on a means of transportation.
· Provides that the following acts of misconduct involving weapons with malicious intent is a Class 1 misdemeanor:
Possessing a weapon on school grounds
Carries a deadly weapon concealed on a person without a permit
Carries a deadly weapon concealed within the immediate control of the person or within a means of transportation without a permit
Enters a public establishment or attends a public event carrying a deadly weapon after a reasonable request has been made by the operator of the establishment or the sponsor of the event/sponsor’s agent to remove the weapon and place it in the operator/sponsor’s custody
Enters a polling place on election day with a weapon
· Deletes a vehicle or craft from the definition of a public establishment.
· Makes technical and conforming changes.
