http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=416162TThe discovery of two children's bodies in the McGovern Park lagoon Friday night fueled fears that the search for two boys missing for almost a month was nearing a tragic end.

Police and the Fire Department Dive Rescue Team arrived a short time later, and a body, "not a young child and not an adult," was recovered from the lagoon, Hegerty said during a news conference shortly after 9:30 p.m.

While discussing details of the first body's discovery, Hegerty said investigators had not determined the gender, race or age. The body was fully clothed and decomposed, and it "looks like the body has been in the lagoon for quite some time," she said.
The body was not bound or in any kind of container, Hegerty said.

The discoveries triggered speculation that the bodies were those of Quadrevion Henning, 12, and Purvis Virginia Parker, 11, who disappeared March 19 from their neighborhood near N. 53rd St. and W. Hampton Ave., less than a mile from McGovern Park.

They're not making an official announcement pending autopsy results, but a spokesperson for one of the families is all over the news this morning reporting that the father of Quadrevion Henning has positively IDd his son. :(
