It's Air Force 2, if the plane is carrying the Vice President. It doesn't matter if he's using the plane routinely used for the President.

Halliburton started out as a oil and gas equipment supply company (also with AMF Tube-scope). They have offices scattered about but they have always been a presence at the oil business center of the US-Houston Texas. They also have their world wide office in Dubai. Their share holders meetings the las few years in Houston have been well attended by non-share holders. You are misinformed.

In a previous life I worked in the oil bidness-back when it was fun.

9. They're probably looking to buy a house.
They lived there before the coup, when he very quickly decided to live in Wyoming because a president and VP can't be residents of the same state.

I don't know how many houses he needs. He's got an estate on the Maryland shore, a home in Wyoming, and there's one under construction in MacLean, VA.

32. You can have a Pres. and VP from the same state,...
there is nothing to stop that from happening.

But, if both are, then the states Electoral Votes can't be
used from that state if the Pres & VP candidates from that
state win. If the opponents win, then the Electoral Votes
would count for the opponents.

Since King George and Darth, needed the Texas Electoral Votes
Darth had to officially move out of Texas.

83. Actually the electors
must vote for one person outside their home state.

So let's say that in 2000 Cheney had been ruled to have lived in Texas.

The Texas electors would vote for Bush for president and he would have won same as he did (or didn't?)

The Texas electors would not be able to vote for Cheney. They would have voted for (?) Nancy Reagan.

Joe Lieberman would have had the most electoral votes for vice-president but not the majority. Therefore the senate would have had to choose the VP from the top two electoral vote winners.

I think the Republicans had a majority in the senate in 2000 so Cheney would have been VP anyway.

31. It's not "Air Force One"
"Air Force One" is simply a call sign for any aircraft the President may be on . Therefore anything Cheney flew to Dallas would be "Air Force Two", since that is the call sign for any aircraft Darth may be on, even if it is the President's 747.

Or perhaps he uses the "Air Force One" call sign because we know who is the real power behind the throne.

Maybe we'll get lucky and history will repeat itself. He could take a limo ride in Dealy Plaza past the Texas School Book Depository. One can wish, can't he??

75. Ft Hood is no where near Dallas
It's in Killeen, just outside of Austin. Why would he land in Dallas to go to Ft Hood first on a 2 day visit where he supposedly was on Monday, then to see Cornyn (R-POS)who (IIRC) lives in San Antonio (2 hrs south of Austin) on Tues? This landing in Dallas makes no sense. He would have flown directly into Ft Hood or at least Austin or San Antonio.

78. Making sure the NAFTA Texax Corridor stays on track despite protests by the commoners.
The locals (hundreds of thousands of people) are protesting having their land taken away to construct toll roads owned and managed by foreign corporations.

80. Mansion shopping, no doubt.
Have to stay close to W to make sure he doesn't open his big mouth during a raging, drunken stupor. And I wouldn't be surprised if Hal extended an invitation for him to return.
