What will be the Supreme Court's decision on the healthcare bill?- [br />
Basically, after reading the D.C. court's opinion, I am thinking things are looking good for Obama and co. Worst case scenario, the bill remains intact minus the individual mandate, which Congress will have to pass as a tax. I think it is already a tax, though. If SCOTUS sees it that way too, they may just punt until 2014. Either way, Obama wins.

On a side note, I think it's kind of sad that we'd celebrate this as a victory, considering how much more we wanted (i.e. single payer), and how little we actually got.

3. It all depends what

the insurance lobby wants and how much gets sent to off shore accounts to influence their decision. Our system of checks and balances has been transformed into a system of winks, nods and bribes.
