that he is wanting out, but there's no real proof of that. I don't watch a whole lot of television these days, bcause it depresses and angers me. However, I did watch shrubbie's press conf, and was thinking that, he did his best. I mean, this is the best he can do, and he knows it's lousy. His father did a better job, his brother Jeb also would've done a better job. It just seems that shrub's talents do not reside in the presidential realm- and that he is especially bad with finances, and foreign policy. But, he does have a great deal of charisma, and is, as Chris Matthews says, physically attractive. (Even though Matthews might've said that after warnings from the network). It's a shame that our country, and vulnerable countries worldwide have had to endure the mistakes that he has made- he and his team. It is a scarey thought that Kerry might've been chosen by pnac or the corporate elite as a more capable prez. I don't think that means Kerry will auto go along with these same policies, but it might mean that they will effectively tie his hands. In a way I've always thought that we focus way too much on who will win the presidency. In so doing, we are missing the bigger picture. It's kind of like the old saying of putting a bandaid on a wound. Obviously, there are behind the scenes people who really run Washington. But we're only getting glimpses of that, not enough to make a solid change. But I think we can all agree that if Kerry wins, and even if there is some wheeling and dealing to get him elected- that there will be change, and it will be big.
