$hrubya sounds like halfwitted cowboy yes but with Charles the voice is the most upper class thing you will ever hear in your life. Beyond parody I tell ya!
With Charles the voice gives an impression of being hoplessly posh, regardless of intelligence.

my mum (from a small village near Great Yarmouth) always has wanted to talk like the royal family, or Julie Andrews. I've always told her those are NOT the best Brit accents. :D
