If the October surprise is, God forbid, another terror attack on a US city |
|
I hope that John Kerry knows he needs to get angry. I mean ANGRY. At Al Queda for doing it, at Bush for (1) not "keeping us safe" and for (2) egging "them" on with policy and war. He must be FURIOUS.
That will be his only chance at winning.

1. And none of this "cancel the election" garbage |
|
We had elections in 1862 and 1864. If we didn't cancel them then, we don't even need to consider cancelling them now.
Hope it doesn't happen, but if it does, it will show Bush up for the incompetant fool he is, and Kerry must press home with this!

at least not as a country as a whole. At the outset of the War, MD was under martial law. But there were pro-Confederate forces in OH, IN, and IL, and one OH Congressman was finally deported to Canada for seditious speech. He came back, and didn't make that big of a splash. His name was something like Valladenham.

5. In the state of Martial Law, no elections are usually held... |
|
...nor do they have to be. I think that's right. And remember what Robert Clarke said. We're one terrorist (fake terrorist) attack away from Martial Law. Duckie
