She's trying to cram as many negative quotes as possible about Edwards...Ted K is just laughing at her...literally. She says "I have another question for you..." then instead of a question, she reads another hate quote from the RNC...and Ted laughs at her again.
I know this is a tired subject line, but WOODRUFF IS THE WORST! Tied with every other talking head on CNN.
