Guy was a pizza delivery-person.
An hour before the robbery, he was called to deliver a pizza to a very remote area.
Then he shows up at the bank with something strapped to his neck, and a very detailed note requesting money from the bank.
Gets money.
Leaves bank.
Police apprehend him.
Tells them that he's got a bomb strapped to his neck, and that it will go off.
Police call in bomb squad.
Bomb explodes before squad arrives.
Police checking to see where he delivered pizza, also doing handwriting analysis and fingerprinting of bomb device and note.
Police and FBI says bomb/lock mechanism is very complex, and has only been seen once before, in Colombia (the country).
FBI release photo of bomb mechanism to see if anyone recognizes it.
ALso that same day, co-worker of robbery-pizza-bomb guy is found dead in his apartment with 'downer-type drugs' in his system.
Police investigate to see if his death has anything to do with man who delivered pizza-robbed bank.
Last I heard it was determined that the co-worker died of natural causes (or at least wasn't killed).
That's the last I heard.
Go to google.com and type in Bomb Robbery Pizza Neck and you should get a plethora of stories
