What a crock of shit...new field poll on CA REcall |
|
It shows support for Recall dwindling and Bustamante opening up a "small lead" 30% to 25%. Then it goes on to say that they were "virtually tied" in the last Field Poll.
Wrong. Swartzenegger had 22% to Bustamante's 18% in the last Field Poll. That was released two days before the LA Times released a poll showing Bustamante leading by 13%. The Field Poll is conducted by out favorite pollster Frank Luntz. Who will go down in infamy by predicting, the day before the 2000 election, that "it is impossible for George W. Bush to lose the popular vote."
So basically since then, Bustamante has climbed 12% to Arnold's 3%. I say support for the recall itself is closer to 50%.
But of course this is the one that will be spun.

2. I think his internals must be worse |

Didn't Ubershit just release a series of commercials? Now he drops out. It must be because Arnold is desperate.

5. Yes, Field Poll is very reputable |
|
. . . and it's not conducted by Frank Luntz, who's a fraud.

6. here are the results of last Field Poll |
|
released on Aug. 16--actually Cruz was ahead of Arnold in that poll by 25-22, so his lead has increased. Also support for recall was at 58% now in new survey it is 55%. http://www.field.com/fieldpollonline/subscribers/RLS2082.pdfHere is the latest showing Cruz ahead 30-25 http://www.field.com/fieldpollonline/subscribers/RLS2088.pdfSo in the past 3 weeks Cruz gains five points and Arnold three.

8. The Iowa Electronic Markets show... |

a distinct downturn for Ahnold and a gradual increase for Bustamante over the past week. Looks to be close though for who will get the most votes. from http://www.biz.uiowa.edu/iem/markets/Recall.html
