I'm getting involved with an anti-war group |
|
Yep, after years of wanting to become an activist, I'm finally doing it.
I am meeting on monday with somebody from AWOL (anti-war organizing league), and anti-war group hear at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. And then on tuesday I get to go to their meeting.
I'm really excited, and am glad I get to finally get part of the process, and not just an observor.

I checked out their website-- they seem like a decent group.
No doubt there are plenty of other groups out there that you can hook up with, too, when you're ready.
Google - peace minnesota - and you'll be surprised what all comes up.
