On a Yahoo Message Board, I had said:
"Bush v. Gore is a case of Judicial Activism"
A RW'er had replied to me and it proves what we knew all along.
"No it wasn't. You just didn't agree with the Supreme Court"
It's only Judicial Activism to them when it's not in agreement with them.

along. My former boss, a very conservative attorney, was always especially annoyed with the conservative whining about "judicial activism" because he knew it was bullshit, that they really meant that they just wanted judges who always agreed with them and ruled the way THEY wanted.
