For me, I have had a few women approximately 20 years older than me hit on me.
On edit: they were kinda hot.

He was fired later on over another student. I was enchanted w/ him-he was English and very handsome. I had never had a man show me as much attention as he did and I felt very flattered. He took me out to the theatre and introduced me to wine and gourmet cooking. I look back and I know that I needed someone like him at the time (it was a huge ego boost) but yet I am angered that my child will meet someone like him in the future.

75. But this was a college level course |

You had to have your 100 and 200 level courses completed before you could take the class (I took my early courses while still in high school). It was a very interesting course, even if I didn't have an additional involvement in the class. I was very young and naive when I started that class and I learned all kinds of things that I never would have known about otherwise. It really opened my eyes.

78. I learned that someone could find me desirable |
|
and that there was such a thing as seduction (one boyfriend in high school and things didn't go that well). He was a positive influence on me. I think that I knew in the back of my mind that it would never work out but he introduced me to so many different ideas (and I'm not talking about sex). He made me become more well-read, introduced me to a different type of lifestyle away from the lower middle class one that I had been reared in. He helped me to realize that I could be witty, outrageous, pretty and smart all at once. He made me realize that I didn't always have to be a "good girl". It was a lesson that I really needed.

90. That's a beautiful lesson. |
|
A few months ago a gentleman told me that he thinks I'm beautiful. I laughed and thanked him, we both knew that he was referring to the beauty that in within. When I was younger, I was beautiful and I never realized it because I wasn't vain, I rarely looked in a mirror. I saw the beauty of my youth only after left side of my face became severely paralyzed on 12/26, three years ago. It has become almost un-noticeable now except for a crooked smile. BTW, I don't let that lopsided grin stop me from smiling!

a man about 25 years older than me tried to hook up with me. He took me to a fancy, expensive Italian restaurant, and then we watched a movie at his house. Nothing more than that. He kept suggesting, hinting... I kept pretending naivety. Which didn't do much more than make his hints a little less covert. Since then I've learned to say "No, I'm not interested" quite firmly.

9 years older or 9 years younger. Actually, I had a bit of a flirtation (well, more than a bit, but nothing happened) with a man about 22 years older than myself several months ago. People are people, not numbers. Chemistry transcends that stuff. I'm extremely lucky in a lot of respects. I'm 33, but according to most people, I look significantly younger, so I can be with someone younger and not raise an eyebrow, yet I have plenty of life experience and can easily feel comfortable with people in their 40's or 50's. Therefore, I don't have to limit myself in either respect.

as for actuaLLy having a physicaL reLationship - i'm reminded of when i was an immature, 18 yo at a raging party with my new coworkers - i had just started working there that week.
towards the end of the night i ended hooking up with a coworker 10 years my eLder. anyhow, i wasn't very good in bed since i was drawing on Limited experience and sometime into my butchery i was grabbed by the hair, yanked away and asked, "how oLd are you?" when i repLied, 18, she waiLed, "why!! why do i aLways do this!?"
anyhow, that ended that. it didn't reaLLy hit me at the time, but that's f'n hiLarious that my "performance" gave away my age. :P

He was kinda good-looking, but it really freaked me out. I went out to dinner with him once. He asked me, "Should we be lovers?" I was just coming off a nasty breakup and didn't know what to say, but the relationship did not proceed; I indicated lack of interest in pursuing that option.

But when I was 18 and doing a lot of landscaping work in the summers, I worked in an old lady's yard who seemd awfull flirty with me. She was pretty hot too. Early 50's I'd guess. I imagine she was just smokin' when whe was younger.

He was the keynote speaker at a writer's conference I went to. We ended up talking much of the day and he stayed in touch. Because of the age difference, I thought he was just taking an interest in a young writer; I had no clue that he wanted to go out with me.
And recently, I've had a f*buddy who is 15 years younger than me. He's the one who made the first move.

When I started working at a brand new federal job when I first moved to Dallas in '94, there was an old French guy down the hall who took me to lunch.
He was practically ancient, but it was just nice to meet a coworker. I was about 28, he had to have been at least late 50s or early 60s. It was just one lunch, although he wanted there to be more. I just couldn't see what we would talk about. Too much of a cultural and age difference.

Biggest relationship difference: girlfriend 9 years younger.
When I was 16 I had a brief relationship with a 21-year old college girl, and that seemed like a huge age difference!

Whenever I am out in public, all the 50+ men seem to be staring at me, drooling over me, even when there are beautiful women around. I even had this happen to me at a strip club (I am not a dancer and I wasn't naked either). On the other side of things, I've had underage boys hit on me recently too. I am 27.
