At work and bored outta my gourd. Ask me....whatever! |
|
It's a balmy (69) rainy day here in Phoenix. I make explosives, rocket motors, propellants, and pyrotechnics for a living (defense work). Since it's raining, we're kinda shut down for humidity.
It's 9:30am and I'm soooooooooo bored!

1. You have to stay at work, even though they've shut down? |

What should I have for lunch today? Pick a cuisine, any cuisine. I'm getting hungry.

9. Today feels like either Mexican or Wings.... |
|
..dunno.
Maybe a nice chicken soft taco or fajita? Something light for a Wednesday.
Then again, I had dinner at Majerle's Monday night and they have the best Teryaki shrimp in wing sauce.

14. Doing some work for the Dean campaign.... |

The Gov. just had a commission finish a study on restructuring the tax policies here in AZ and the wingnuts are automatically calling it a tax increase. They're comparing her to Gray Davis. Ugh.. what maroons!
Plus, there's the "Protect Arizona Now" initiative which is nothing more than an anti-mexican proposal. Sure, we have issues with illegal immigration here, but this is so not the way to deal with it.
Child Protective Services needs to be revamped, but the GOP is stalling in the state legislature. They want to wait until January instead of dealing with it in the special session which was called for..... you guessed it, reforming CPS.
We've got the last Presidental debate in October 2004. Come hell or high water I'm going.
Kerry and Clark were here for Veteran's Day. AZ is seriously in play and it's getting exciting around here.
