Insulting offer on the house! Woo. Hoo. |
|
They want to pay cash, and they want to pay about $80K less than the already ridiculously low price. Apparently they like the catacomb-like rooms in the basement... he wants to cure meat down there. Hmmmmm. Anyhow, thanks everybody for your support. The realtor thinks they will come up with another offer, and says there is another interested party (what?). He says, "What if there's a bidding war?" I say, well then hell hath frozen over, that's what. Next a lottery win and then a cushy job. THEN, the face lift. Heh.
Hope everybody is well. Happy Sunday Eve.

2. I've heard it's better to get it before the sagging becomes extreme. |

7. Good. You need to laugh. And not just at that ridiculous offer they made. |
|
Laughter is good for you. Gets all your glands secreting the good stuff. B-)
I'll bet when you replied to my post you didn't think I'd be mentioning your glands...
I'm sorry...your glands are irresistable...

It's a true complement when someone tells you: "You really know where your towel is."

But I thought it was creepy too, which is why I mentioned it!

:D Seriously. I'll tell you something incredible though: after all this time, there are two parties who want the house right now. There WILL be a bidding war. Unfreakingbelievable. :hi:
