Need some help in a YouTube search for a PSA from the 1970's. Anybody? |
|
The PSA was a short, highly effective message decrying hatred of all kinds. It shows an ugly, enraged cartoon man swaggering toward the viewer, while ominous Spanish-style guitar music plays on the soundtrack. A voice sings a song abut the damaging power of hatred, while the angry cartoon guy turns redder and redder with hate. Finally, he explodes, as the singer sings: "and when you hate, who do you hurt the most? Hate hurts you! Hates hurts YOU!"
I've looked all over YouTube with key word searches like "anti-hate PSA 1970's" and so on. No luck. Does anybody remember this PSA? And can you help me find it?

You mean that ugly, animated guy destroyed by his own hate was a warning from the Mormons?
Do you think Glenn Beck ever saw that PSA?
