What's with product reviews? So, I'm thinking the dishwasher is getting
ready to crap out, so I'm doing a little on-line research. Here's a typical sample:

Review 1: The ZENO205 is the best thing since sliced bread! It not only got the dishes clean, it put them away on the shelf and then mowed the lawn!

Review 2: The ZENO205 is a worthless piece of crap. First it smashed all the dishes, then leaked all over the floor, then caught fire!


Did person #2 get a lemon? Is quality control that poor?
