Some of my favorite people are still on DU2. They are missing out on the fun of jury duty, new improved transparency, meta-discussion and GD all went to the ZOO today too.

3. So, is it like a crazy freeforall? |
|
The mods have moved over right? So now its like camp without the counselors? I can start sex threads, and talk about guns all willy nilly?
I just thought they had archived it all, and the format was gone. Then I look up someones name, and theres an old post, and suddenly I am in DU2. I hit post, expecting it to say some techno garble version of "I cant do that Hal", or route me to a DU3 post start. But now I have a post.

4. It may be a crazy freeforall here now . . . |

I wondered about that too, but I haven't seen it yet. I am spending time on DU3 mostly, just came by here because I missed people.

But I was ready for that home invasion. I woulda put ol Culkin to shame. I had weapons and makeshift weapons stashed everywhere in the home, quick to hand no matter what could possibly happen.
Apparently at that age I was not capable of going a prolonged time with no human contact, without reverting to some sort of "primal child warrior" state. Or my dad had made me watch Red Dawn too many times. Either way, the home became a heavily armed encampment from which I was ready to take on anything from a full scale invasion, to zombies. I even recall contemplating my course of actions should all the appliances plugged into AC power suddenly gain malevolent life and need to be subdued before they choked the life out of me with their wirey cords.
Let me tell you, it was a challenge finding every stash and returning the home to its normal state on the final day, when I knew parents would be returning within hours.
