... A group of about 40 people say their rights were violated in April 2001 when Austin police blocked them from getting near the Governor's Mansion.
The group was trying to protest President Bush as he visited Austin to dedicate the Bob Bullock Museum shortly after taking office.
The group sued the city for civil rights violations. It was thrown out in 2003 but then reinstated by the Austin Court of Appeals ...
