Washington Mailers Union, CWA Local 14201, has been in protracted and bitter contract negotiations with the Washington Post for over three years and its members have been without pay increases for over four years. The Post has continuously demanded draconian concessions and give-backs while refusing to bargain over any of the Union's issues.
