War protesters found guilty (Protest @ office of Kuhl R-NY)

Five anti-war protesters were found guilty of trespass today for refusing to leave the office of Congressman John R. Kuhl Jr. on Buell Street in Bath at closing time Aug. 6.

Found guilty by a six-person jury of criminal trespass were Chris Tate, 46, and Mark Scibilia-Carver, 54, both of Trumansburg, and Ellen Grady, 44, Daniel Burns, 47, and Richard T. Saddler, 42, all of Ithaca.

The two-day trial took place in Bath Village Court before Village Justice Chauncey Watches, a Canisteo lawyer ...

I wonder what will happen to those who try to exercise their 1st amendment rights at next summer's Nazi Party Convention in the Twin Cities (aka GOP convention/anointing of "God's Favorite").
