http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2008/roll431.xmlHere's the roll call on the war money. It was passed by: the Democratic leadership who brought it up for a vote and negotiated a deal to make it pass, 188 Republicans, and 80 Democrats. Isn't this why you wanted a Democratic majority, to pass Republican bills? Here's the roll call on the domestic spending stuff. Almost nobody voted No. It could be passed as a separate bill, but is intended as cover for the war money. These are two amendments to amendments to amendments to the same ghost bill. We now need our Senators to vote No on the whole package, and then we need our representatives to vote No. We want No votes on war money, no matter what good things are attached to it as cover for it. Call your Senators and Representative at 202-224-3121.
