Look at voting records and lobbying activities to assign responsibility. I'm pretty happy with what I understand of the legislation currently before Congress.

4. Yeah right! What part of the "Proletariat does not want this bailout" |

Don't you understand? The ruling class does not give a fuck what you think! You can form groups, commities, send pettitions, etc. They don't give a fuck! Unless you have enough money to bribe our ruling class, you are just another piece of meat. Your opinion does not count. Your suffering does not count! The only thing that counts is cash, and you don't have enough! Neither do I. Perhaps if we bonded together and worked as a group, sort of like a peoples Obama supporter, we could raise enough to actually influence our "Leaders" but without the bling, I got news for you, you can send pettitions and demands till you are blue in the face, but until you can send $50,000.00, they won't even accept that you exist!

This should be a bi-partisan thing. I would think everyone (except those involved) would want this investigation!!!
Thanks for posting!
