Some advice needed from a lawyer re: activist video production

I am involved with a group who wish to produce an expose of the administrative practices of a local school board. The group has worked out details of how to get certain footage 'undercover' but have questions about legal situation before I get involved. Any DU lawyers out there that couls answer a few questions? Please feel free to PM me...
