1. The three judge panel hasn't ruled yet. Maybe by the end of the week, maybe next week. |

But that won't be the end it, no matter what. The loser -- especially if it's Coleman -- is expected to immediately file an appeal with the Minnesota Supreme Court. That process could take until June or so.
It's also possible that this could be taken all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Count on it, if Coleman loses his MN SC appeal.
We might have our second senator by sometime in 2010.
