Interestingly when I looked on their website, there's no mention of it.

If you Google the subject, there are many references, mostly from right wing website that all refer to a report from Harvard
saying that in order to meet Obama's targets for cutting greenhouse gases, prices would have to rise to $7 a gallon.

The right wingers are all interpreting this to mean that Obama has a goal to raise gas prices to $7 a gallon.

Right now we pay $4 at the pump individually and the other $3 a gallon through oil subsidies collectively (Socialism!). I haven't done the math on that, but it will at least stump him while you get into your house.
