Rant warning: Why is Mitt Romney being interviewed on weekend edition on NPR!? |
|
Edited on Sun Mar-07-10 08:26 AM by geckosfeet
He was on a show during the week as well - spouting his "bring balance back to Washington by electing more conservatives" bull crap.
I am getting sick of NPR letting these republic bastards use the PUBLIC AIR as their own private media outlet. And I am sick of people trying to characterize NPR as a 'progressive' media outlet.
Rant off. That is all.

1. He certainly has been in the news lately |
|
That man wants so badly to be president, it's sickening.
After what he did in Massachusetts the rest of the country should be wary of him.

2. At fundraising times NPR comes begging to the Left big time for money |
|
because they sure as hell are not getting it from the right. I, too, have noticed this past week that NPR is giving Romney a lot of time to build and solidify is standing. It's like they want to anoint Romney as the opposition figure to Obama.

5. I'm curious are you saying they should only interview liberals? You aren't complaining |
|
about the content of the interview. Didn't say they aren't asking tough questions, just that they are interviewing him. I'm confused.

7. Because Obama is pushing a carbon copy |
|
Of the plan he passed in Massachusetts and he doesn't seem to be backing down for it.
That this plan is almost ripped off entirely from Mitt Romney's idea should tell you whether or not we should have it on the national level

8. I used to have a co-worker who kept reminding me that JFK's father |
|
made all his money running moonshine ... as a way of yet again discrediting anything Dem ... the assumption being that the father was doing illegal stuff, and that it taints the son ...
so, where's all the reminders of Mitt's poppa being against involvement in fighting Communism in Vietnam? Oh, wait ... which way are the Republicans standing on the Vietnam war? I guess it depends on which way would look worse for the Dems ...

9. did they ask if the Religious Right knows his Mass. Heathcare covered abortions |
|
I'm sure that will swing him into the forefront of the GOP's 'we wuv mitt' campaigns... not http://wonkroom.thinkprogress.org/2010/03/07/romney-massachusetts-abortion/
