MSNBC is already suffering from the lack of David Shuster |
|
He was the glue for the morning lineup and without him the entire network is flailing. I usually keep MSNBC all morning, but as of today it is nearly unwatchable.
I hope the GE brass gets off of their collective asses and pays him what he deserves, because otherwise I'm afraid that they're going to lose more regular viewers like myself.

3. Nobody really knows yet, but apparently CNN is interested in him. |

4. They let him go right away? |
|
I know he was in trouble for looking for another job at CNN, but I didn't think they had dumped him for that. Let MSNBC figure out the hard way that employees are not slaves but should be respected for wanting to better themselves.

5. I hate to say it, but he is probably forced to leave now... |
|
Even if they "allow" him to stay, he will be rendered ineffectual by their implicit (and explicit) threats to fire him. Unless the top of MSNBC management changes, it appears Shuster is sunk there. Sad, but I can certainly understand his looking elsewhere. They haven't exactly treated him very well.

I know he's a bit twitterer. Maybe I'll check to see if there's a protest.
