Mainly, my request here is this:

Does anybody's library system have microfiche/microfilm of back issues of the (London) Financial Times?

I am specifically looking for articles from February 2001. Something I'm working on.

On a related, more broad note; What (back issue/article) resources does your local library/libraries system have?

At a later time, I will be posting what resources are available in the Northeast Ohio area, specifically the Cleveland Public, Cuyahoga County Public, and Akron-Summit County Public Library systems - microfilms of newspapers, back issue holdings of magazines, etc., including some info about online resources and links available in their systems.
