Victor Zapanta has the image of the ad that Mario Apuzzo .. placed in The Washington Times, a double-barreled attack on the media and on the courts for not considering the “Obama was never a citizen because his father bestowed British citizenship on him” theory.

In other news, Stephanie Mencimer reports that William Fitzpatrick III, the dogged retired Navy man who pioneered the “military veteran sues his commander-in-chief” stunt, is trying to use the “rather liberal rules about grand juries” in Monroe, Tenn., to indict the president for treason and fraud ...
